Warranty & Returns

At Bullseye Products, we take pride in supplying quality 4WD accessories designed for practical use, reliable performance, and real-world conditions.

This page outlines our warranty and returns process, including what to do if something goes wrong, what is covered under Bullseye Products’ voluntary warranty, and how your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any warranty provided by Bullseye Products is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When Something Goes Wrong

If you believe a product may have a fault, please contact Bullseye Products so we can assess the issue and work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy.

Minor faults may be repaired or resolved within a reasonable timeframe. If a major fault is confirmed, the available remedy will be handled in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Contact Us First

If you believe there may be an issue with your product, please contact Bullseye Products before arranging any third-party inspection, repair, modification, or replacement.

In many cases, we may be able to assist with troubleshooting, installation questions, product checks, or fitment clarification over the phone or by email.

Please contact our office with your order details, proof of purchase, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.

Product Information, Fitment & Installation Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, fitment notes, installation requirements, and installation instructions before purchasing.

Some Bullseye-manufactured products may require drilling, nutserts/rivnuts, vehicle modification, specialist tools, or professional installation.

Where a product requires drilling, nutserts/rivnuts, trimming, vehicle modification, specialist tools, or professional installation, this should be reviewed in the product description and installation information before purchasing.

We recommend contacting Bullseye Products before purchasing if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle or installation ability.

Change of Mind, Incorrect Purchase & Installation Preference

Bullseye Products does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect fitment, or where a customer decides not to proceed with installation after purchase, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

This includes situations where a customer later decides they do not want to drill, modify, or fit the product to their vehicle, provided the installation requirement was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Product Warranty Categories

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product type, whether the product is manufactured in-house or imported, and the nature of the issue.

Imported Electrical Products

This includes products such as:

Light bars
Driving lights
Wiring looms and related lighting accessories, where supplied by Bullseye Products

Imported electrical products are covered against manufacturing faults or defects under normal use, subject to assessment and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Electrical products must be installed correctly using suitable wiring, fuse protection, relays, secure mounting, and appropriate connections.

Professional installation is recommended if you are not confident with automotive electrical work.

Bullseye Manufactured Products

This includes products such as:

Windscreen mounting brackets
Cowl mounting brackets
Centre consoles
Battery trays
Roof-rack backbone systems
Other Bullseye-manufactured brackets and vehicle accessories

Bullseye-manufactured products are covered against manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, subject to assessment and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Conditions

Bullseye Products’ voluntary warranty applies to manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

Incorrect installation or fitment
Misuse, neglect, impact, accident, or abuse
Modifications, alterations, or unauthorised repairs
Use of the product outside its intended purpose
Failure to follow installation instructions
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic marks, scratches, fading, or surface damage from regular use
Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaning products, salt, corrosion, or extreme environmental conditions
Damage caused by drilling, cutting, welding, bending, repainting, or modifying the product after purchase
Overloading or use beyond the product’s intended purpose
Incorrect wiring, poor earthing, voltage issues, or electrical faults, where applicable

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, this warranty does not cover costs relating to installation, removal, refitting, freight, third-party labour, diagnostics, or vehicle downtime.

Where a product is required to be returned for assessment, Bullseye Products must receive and inspect the item before approving a repair, replacement, or refund.

Bullseye’s voluntary product warranty applies to the original purchaser and commences from the original purchase date. This does not limit any rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty replacements do not restart the warranty period and are covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty, unless otherwise required by law.

Product Finish, Powder Coating & Cosmetic Wear

Bullseye Products are designed for real-world 4WD and outdoor use.

Over time, products may show signs of general wear, weather exposure, stone chips, surface marks, fading, or coating deterioration, especially when used in harsh environments.

Powder coating and surface finishes are not covered where damage is caused by impacts, scratches, chemical cleaners, salt exposure, improper maintenance, or normal environmental wear and tear.

We recommend cleaning products with mild soap and water only.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, petroleum-based products, acid-based cleaners, or strong degreasers, as these may damage coatings, seals, finishes, or related components.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully and review all product descriptions, fitment details, installation requirements, and instructions before purchasing.

Bullseye Products does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect fitment, or installation preference, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, please contact us with your order details, proof of purchase, photos, and a clear description of the issue so we can assess the matter.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase
Your order number, if available
Photos or videos showing the issue
Photos showing how the product was installed, where applicable
A clear description of the fault
Vehicle make, model, and year, where applicable
The product being claimed, if return or inspection is required

Once we receive the required information, we will review the claim and advise the next steps.

Bullseye Products may request further information, photos, videos, or return of the product for inspection before a warranty outcome is confirmed.

Warranty Assessment & Freight

Customers may be required to return the product to Bullseye Products for assessment.

If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered under warranty or Australian Consumer Law, Bullseye Products will assist with an appropriate remedy.

If the product is assessed and found not to be faulty, or the issue is not covered under warranty or Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for return freight and any repair or replacement costs.
